An OS with no apps.
A working experiment in AI-native interfaces. There's no dock and no windows; a resting face, and screens that appear as the model's replies. You talk, or type; the screen is the answer. Every change lands in an append-only ledger with a rewind ruler, so you can scrub back through what the machine did and the past can never impersonate the present.
Born in one evening, during a conversation about gloves.
A local server, zero dependencies, with a hosted model as both spine (screen skeletons, strict JSON) and cortex (streamed detail-settling; you watch the screen think). Push-to-talk, a one-address numbering system for everything on screen, and the ledger under it all.
It works, on my desk. It's a question more than a product; what does a computer look like when the model is the operating system? This is my current answer.
