EventPro

Registrations, releases, and check-in for live events.

A form builder plus multi-station check-in for live events. Attendees register and sign releases online; on event day, staff check them through entry, photo, and meet-and-greet stations in real time, with the signed forms and security photos right there. Built for Medical Medium's live events.

The form builder; nine field types, signatures included.
The hard part

A meet-and-greet with a big audience is a security problem wearing a friendly face: you need signed photo releases tied to the actual person standing in front of you, at several stations at once, on shared devices where nobody should be typing passwords.

How I built it

A drag-and-drop form builder; nine field types including canvas signatures, with sensitive fields encrypted at rest. One-time credentials instead of accounts. Stations with PIN codes, real-time sync across devices, an audit log under everything, and CSV export when the event's done.

Where it landed

It ran real events. The repo is freshly rebranded from its client build into a standalone product, and a walkable demo is on its way here.

If you host events and your registration stack is a pile of Jotforms and a clipboard, this is the thing I'd build you.
