At a meet-and-greet with a big audience, the legal question is simple and the logistics are not: is the person standing at the photo station the same person who signed the photo release? You need that answer at several stations at once, on shared tablets, moving fast enough that the line keeps moving. And shared devices mean nobody should be typing a password, ever.

The form builder does drag-and-drop with nine field types, including drawn signatures, and the sensitive fields are encrypted at rest. Attendees get one-time credentials instead of accounts. Stations unlock with a staff PIN, sync with each other in real time, and everything writes to an audit log underneath. When the event's over, it all exports to CSV and you go home.
